CLE Engineering began its operation in 1987 as Coast Line Engineering primarily to service the needs of owners, contractors, and public agencies in waterfront and marine engineering. Since its inception CLE has grown and expanded into staffed offices in four states and is recognized for its efficient operation, client responsiveness, fair and economical fees, along with service second to none. CLE projects are characterized by engineering innovation garnered from years of hands-on experience.

Our clients have enabled us to expand our services to include structural, geotechnical, forensic, environmental, mechanical, and civil engineering. We provide licensed surveying services, water column monitoring, and offer clients comprehensive planning and permitting services.

Approximately, half of our work closely supports contractors where their risk is high, money tight, and timing critical. The success and accuracy of their work depends primarily on pre-planning, pre-engineering, and, most important, a staff well versed in engineering and construction.
