CLE services go well beyond environmental permitting.
We understand the complex maze of permits and agency authorizations required to move a project forward into construction. The backbone of CLE’s permitting team has been our environmental experience. Today we offer our clients an entire suite of building and/or regulatory permit services under our different teams.
CLE offers preliminary services that help to determine whether or not a site is conducive to the proposed use. We analyze a site or multiple sites against criteria that is established, collectively or not, and prepare Feasibility Studies and Zoning Analyses to determine the critical path in Land Use Permitting. Our permit managers are involved in your project from the due diligence phase through certification.
Our ability to anticipate agency inquiries, combined with our in-house capabilities to collect comprehensive field data, enables us to prepare complete permit application submittals that reduce overall time and expense.
