CLE Engineering provided start to finish Civil Engineering and Surveying services to bring these parcels from bare ground to the largest ARCO/AM PM Truck Stop in the West, covering 4 lots totaling approximately 6 acres. Services included Lot Line Adjustments, Street Improvements, Utility Plans, Survey and Construction Staking and all entitlement Services. The site is at 81’ below sea level and in a major agricultural area. Off of the major north-south route Highway 86, this stop services commercial trucking traffic, off-road enthusiasts and vacationers with the 9,782 square feet store,18 diesel pumps, 10 gasoline pumps with 3 different grades of gasoline as well as 10 dump stations for recreational vehicles. Also built on one of the pads is a Jack-in-the-Box, the first national fast-food chain between Coachella and El Centro.
