Harbor West Capital Improvements Project

Project Description:
• The project is located in Seattle, WA, approximately five miles west of the Seattle Freeway (I-5). The project generally consists of the following:

> End Deck Replacement

> Deck and Balcony Railing Replacement
and Drip Edge Flashing System

> Door and Window Replacements

> Exterior Maintenance

> Balcony Coating

• Contractors are to bid on all items or may bid on an item by item basis. The Owner may enter into one (1) or several contracts.

• The Owner for the project is the Harbor West Condominium Association and CLE Engineering is the Owner’s Representative.

• Plans and Project Specifications should be available June 02, 2008 and will be available
on-line. 

• A mandatory pre-bid site walk is tentatively scheduled for June 25, 2008 at 9:00 am and all bids are due on July 08, 2008 at 2:00.

• Contractors will be required to post Bid, Payment, Performance and Warranty Bonds for offers over $250,000.

• All work shall be completed on November 30, 2008 with project milestones.

• CLE Engineering is the Engineer/Project Manager.  Any and all proposals and or contracts will be by and between the owner and selected bidder.
