| Project Description • The project is located in Novato, California. • This owner for the project is the Bel Marin Keys • Community Services District. • Contractors scope of work shall include Levee repairs • including earthwork, rip rap placement and levee road • repairs; Acceleration Lane Repairs consisting of • erosion control, site preparation, base material, testing, • and pavement; and Moat Repairs including dewatering, • excavation and disposal of material at BMK DMMS • and the construction of a drainage weir. • A mandatory pre-bid site walk is scheduled for • August 05, 2009 at 2:00 PM starting at the District’s • Office (4 Montego Key, Novato, CA 94949). • Bids are due on September 09, 2009 at 2:00 PM • Contractors will be required to post Bid, Payment, • Performance and Warranty Bonds. • A Notice to Proceed is anticipated on or about • September 14, 2009 and work shall be completed on • October 31, 2009 Bid Documents • CLE Engineering is the Engineer/Project Manager. • Any and all proposals and or contracts will be by and • between the owner and selected bidder. • All interested parties are encouraged to contact CLE |
